Wincomm’s WTP-9A66-19 is designed to be used in food factories and challenging environments. In addition to maintaining 24/7/365 operational stability, it also faced the challenge of being resistant to high temperature and high-pressure water washing, strong acid / alkaline disinfecting, and other environmental challenges.  WTP-9A66 uses a stainless steel design with a chromium surface coating to prevent oxidation and corrosion. The unit is equipped with a high-performance Intel IVY-bridge Core i5 / i7 CPU in a sealed housing with full IP66 classification, making it completely resistant to dust and water. Wincomm uses an exclusive cooling technology called i-Cooling Smart Thermal Control, which uses the BIOS to control the core speed, to prevent the CPU from overheating. It has a special design that creates an effective, fully-sealed fanless environment, which will not overheat after long-term operation.

 

 

 

 

 

WTP-9A66-19  has onboard 4 GB of DDR3 memory, rear M12 I/O connectors in a waterproof housing, two COM ports, two USB ports (accessible by a cable to 2 USB ports), one LAN port, and a DC power port.  In order to meet the wiring requirements of the food processing factory, Wincomm has also adapted their design to have the connector joints face downward.  The WTP-9A66-19 has a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 with brightness of 350 nits. With a Resistive Touch Panel, it reduces the likelihood of user errors in automated systems, resulting in less downtime. If the work environment requires steam cleaning of the unit, Wincomm also provides a P-cap Projected Capacitive Touch Panel for the IP69K standards.

 

 

In product certifications, the WTP-9A66-19 has passed FCC, CE (EMC), VCCI Class B certification standards. Our competitors only have Class A certification. Class B has stricter electromagnetic waves standards, which results in an upgrade from industrial usage to home usage. Our users have a higher protection level in their health and safety from the electromagnetic waves while using the WTP-9A66-19.
