Wincomm announces 15 inch Medical Grade Intel Celeron J1900 Quad-Core CPU Platform WMP-153

Wincomm’s high performance multi touch medical grade panel pc series have added a new 15 inch product, the WMP-153, with a Intel Celeron J1900 quad-core processor (2.0 GHz), benchmark 1928. It is a low energy consumption processor that provides a stable, high-performance system.  For a Medical image system, WMP-153 is the best solution.

The WMP-153 has a 15 inches color TFT LCD and projective capacitive touch screen (10 points), zoom in/out content and single finger swiping operations. Since many users in the medical field are often required to wear gloves, we have increased and strengthened the sensitivity to our PCT touch screen, allowing users wearing up to four layers of latex gloves to easily operate the machine.  To meet the cleanliness standard of the medical environment, the WMP-153 has  IPx1 for whole system, and an IP65 rated and full flat touch seamless design on the front side with antibacterial housing that greatly prevents bacterial growth and reduces staph bacteria (MRSA) survival. The WMP-153 fanless design can add to the serenity of the hospital room.

WMP-153 is best suited for operating rooms and bedside terminals where high definition and crystal clear images are required and necessary for patients. WMP-153 has the latest medical 60601-1 3rd + A1 edition medical grade certificate and supports PCI-Ex1, which allows it to work with medical instruments such as heart monitors. It’s worth mentioning that the WMP-153 is designed to meet patients’ bedside requirements. The 5M pixel auto focus webcam and HD real-time video enables patients to interact freely with their family at anytime. Wincomm has designed and implemented a proprietary hot key function. A simple press of an external button allows the  user to turn off the Webcam. Not only is this feature user friendly, but it also protects the patient's privacy.

WMP-153 has built-in memory DDR3L x2. Two COM, four USB Ports (USB 3.0 x 1, USB 2.0 x 3), DVI-I, Giga LAN and DC power hole (7V ~ 32V), full flat P-cap multi-touch design, resolution up to 1366 x 768, brightness 400 nits. If embedeed medical equipment needs to be connected to the unit, the WMP-153 can be equipped with 4KV Isolation COM / LAN / USB. The main function is divided into two parts, signal isolation and high voltage insulation. Signal isolation can block noise and improve the transmission quality of the signal. In the high-voltage insulated portion, with our circuit board design, signal and feedback loops are also eliminated. This ensures that the instruments and the panel PC will not affect each other and that user safety is not compromised due to high voltage issues.
