As with the WTP-9A66-19, the highlights featured include full IP66 (waterproof and dustproof), M12 metal connectors, high hardness with stainless steel housing, and an enlarged 21.5-inch screen size made suitable for the user to operate. Wincomm’s WTP-9A66-22 same as WTP-9A66-19, designed to be used in food factories and challenging environments. In addition to maintaining 24/7/365 operational stability, it also faces the challenge of being resistant to high-temperature and high-pressure water washing, strong acid / alkaline disinfecting, and other environmental challenges. WTP-9A66-22 uses a stainless steel design with a chromium surface coating to prevent oxidation and corrosion. The unit is equipped with a high-performance Intel IVY-bridge Core i5 / i7 CPU in a sealed housing with full IP66 classification, making it completely resistant to dust and water. Wincomm uses an exclusive cooling technology called i-Cooling Smart Thermal Control, which uses a specially designed innovation to control the CPU core speed and to prevent the CPU from overheating while in turbo mode. Its special design creates an effective, fully-sealed fanless environment, which will not overheat even after long-term operation.

 

To meet market demands, Wincomm has developed a larger 21.5 inch screen version to reduce the eye strain and visual burden for food processing factory workers using automatic control systems for long stretches of time. In addition, If the work environment requires the unit to be steam cleaned, Wincomm also provides a P-cap Projected Capacitive Touch Panel fit for IP69K standards.
 
For the mechanical design, WTP-9A66-22 separates itself from its competitors with downward directed I / O ports, making it highly suitable for food processing environments due to a more  factory friendly layout. 
 
In product certifications, the WTP-9A66-22, same as with the WTP-9A66-19, has passed FCC, CE (EMC), VCCI Class B certification standards. Our competitors only have Class A certification. Class B has stricter electromagnetic waves standards, which results in an upgrade from industrial usage to home usage. Our users have a higher protection level in their health and safety from the electromagnetic waves while using the WTP-9A66-22.
 
WTP-9A66-22 offers an optional Wireless + Bluetooth antenna module, table mount, wall mount, and 2 external LAN ports. A variety of customizable designs fit for different application environments.
