The WPC-765WT key feature is the fanless design with an Intel Quad Core i7-3632QM CPU processor, wide operating temperature range -40~ 60ºC, and an abundant 6 COM ports for control applications. Wincomm’s exclusive thermal design effectively eliminates the heat generated by the CPU which allows the quad-core CPU to achieve a maximum effectiveness Passmark benchmark of 7018. The WPC-765WT has excellent heat dissipation capacity in high temperature environments due to its heat pipe design with a coefficient as high as 7000 W/mk. In addition to the mechanical hardware thermal design, the motherboard BIOS design allows the user to also set the CPU frequency, via the i-Cooling thermal control system, to achieve an effective ideal temperature.
For low temperature application, Wincomm has designed a preheat circuit on the motherboard for low temperature environments. Users no longer have to worry about the failure of motherboard components caused by low temperatures. The peripheral components of this system such as the RAM, SSD have been rigorously tested and selected for their wide temperature range capabilities rather than the common sorting method commonly adopted in the industry. WPC-765WT is guaranteed to run nonstop, 24/7/365, in environments between -40~60℃.
WPC-765WT can be used in wide temperature environments, and has an abundance of I/O ports for control applications. In product certifications, the WPC-765WT has passed FCC, CE (EMC), VCCI Class B certification standards. Class B has stricter electromagnetic waves standards, which results in an upgrade from industrial usage to home usage.
